Does anybody know of a procedure on how to remove and reinstall headlight assembly? I'm planning on installing halo on my headlights.

yeah, but how do I remove the headlight from my car? The link above is how you baked the headlight to remove the molded case so you can install the leds, not how to remove the headlight?

 

Remove the bumper cover first, then there are about 7 bolts and 2 screws to remove the headlight. I have done this about 3 times in the past month for various reasons. It's not hard, just inconvenient. Do a search on youtube for how to remove the bumper cover to begin with (or search for a link on here). A tip I would give (since it isn't in the service manual) is to remove the 2 bolts that support the ballast/ignitor assembly. Also, one bolt for the airbox needs to be removed and the 2 bolts that hold the windshield washer tank. I think that is about it.

I change my bumper from stock to A-SPEC bumper before, but I can't remember how to do it.

 

No, all of my instructions are after you get the bumper cover off. If you have an A-Spec front spoiler, you will need to remove that first. Keep in mind that it is held in with clips, screws and double sided tape. First things first, remove the A-spec lip, then remove the bumper cover.
