We have a sniffer test here in Utah and my HFPC's have passed the last two years, no problem. I've also deleted my 3rd cat. My numbers were higher than when I had stock cats and a 3rd cat installed, but still well under the maximum threshold. No defoulers needed for HFPC's. I've never thrown a CEL due to emissions.

I looked up emission testing for NY when I got mine done. it said for newer cars its only needed to do a computer test. I have a jpipe anda catback and firestone didn't even bother to look underneath my car.
