Correct, no headers. As far as exhaust,
Here's our options:

PreCat Deletes, removes two primary cats with straight pipes. Best gains but of course will not pass emissions. (RV6)
J-Pipe upgrade, decent gains and stays emissions legal. (ATLP, XLR8, RV6)
High Flow Third Cat, or Staight/Resonated pipe. Will pass smog test but not visual. (HFC- XLR8 & RV6, Test/Race Pipe- RV6)
Multiple options for cat-back exhaust. (Tanabe, ATLP, Comptech, XLR8, GReddy, etc.)

Just look into it, search will go a loooong way in helping you.
PCD/J-Pipe/3rdCat/CatBack
Hope this helps.

Good looks Soulja, I already preordered the ATLP Quad Exhaust w/J-pipe and race pipe. Im looking into getting an AEM CAI and maybe a UR Pulley. Anything else to speed up my TLS???

Yup any cai will suffice. They are all the same.
A pipe with a filter on the end.
Add some light weight forged wheels. :bubbarubb

To me, pulley is waste of money. Lots of threads of mixed opinions on that one.

Yes but that is a good read and you don't have to take it that far
