headers?

hey guys, i dont know much about headers but what are some good headers out there for our cars? any feedback would be appreciated. thnx a bunch

The exhaust manifolds are part of the head and cannot be removed or replaced without replacing the head. However, you can get high flow cats which give about the same gains as replacing headers. They give about 20whp and 15 ft lbs of torque. Here is a link to some info and pricing and it also has another link inside it:

thnx for all the replies. i think i'll try the e-shift pro cats. from what i hear, they are pretty much the best. any noticible change of sound from the motor with these on?
