What about them? Because their not polished out to be "pretty" and thinned down?

 

Its "ground down" and no... thats just a lot of bead for TIG welded piping. Haha chill.

 

Not really sure what the difference is when it's ground down as that in itself is taking material away. Anyway, lightweight application right?

Just get a vibe that you don't have a have a particular liking for our products because of the way it looks. The part itself may look "raw", and may even compel you to reply with naughty emoticons, but our welds are thick and wide because it's built to last under track conditions. So yes, hate on this ugly, fat girl of a pipe, but please appreciate her for her inner beauty. =)

Grinding the weld bead doesn't necessarily weak the weld. Sometimes too much bead can weak the area though since more head is introduced to joining surfaces, changing their boundary conditions etc.

Anyway, inner beauty is good but so it outer beauty ie. ATLP quads

 

sooo how much longer on the second batch.... This is killing me..

^ I have not gotten the exhaust Yet and I paid for the full price on April 5th....

 

I paid in full the 3rd week of December and received it the 2nd week in April...patience! This is a quality product you will be very happy with.

Manvel, the only thing that has slowed this month is manufacturing, for some crappy reason. Oh, and also that stock E55 of yours, lol jk!

As far as everyone that is still patiently waiting, yes you will definitely get these systems. Unfortunately the manufacturer has been extremely unprofessional lately, from dropping the ball on dead lines, to not answering my calls. I really sympathize with everyone that has been patient with us, although even my patience has been coming to an end. I will make sure I get a no excuse promised deadline for this batch as soon as I get a hold of them.

Another reason why I prefer to only collect a deposit rather than the full amount from most people.

Anyway, I want to apologize again for the delay, to which I'm doing the most I can on my end. If anyone would like to refund their order, I fully understand and you may give me a call to do so, but I'm fairly confident to say we are almost at the end. I appreciate everyone's patience with us lately to which I realize the delay has been more than we accounted for.

 

Thanks for the update Mike. I appreciate that you are doing all that you can. it sucks that manufacturer is giving you the run around. This is how i feel sometimes with the body shop working on my car. But you are at there mercy since so much has gone into it. Just keep us updated.

anyone know where i can buy the old quad exhaust that they used to make that i cant seem to find?

 

^ they stopped making them so its pretty hard to get your hands on that exhaust...try the black market from time to time, but they go fastttt

 

oh btw i talked to Mike yesterday and he said a rough estimate of a ship date will be 2 weeks from now

Thanks Mike. It is unfortunate that you are dealing with un-professionals like you said. But this is all I needed to hear. I just needed to hear some kind of update since I have been waiting for quite some time. I appreciate for the response and I have no doubt that your product will be incredible since Ive dealt with your products, and service, before.

Thanks for understanding. Normally, although they take their time I have no problem getting it within ETA with a delay of a week to two at most, but this has been huge unexpected delay. It just seems they have been swamped with a lot of orders but I'm a bit out of control at this point and all I can do is call and yell at them.

 

So Mike are we any closer to shipping date? I know its out of your hands but updates are always appreciated.

hahah this sucks i went riding with a couple of my friends and they all had nice exhaust and i still have stock :/ lol this is the only mod i need to really make my car look and sound nice (i hope it sounds nice) we better get it before summer ends...
