UMMM. Welcome to the forums. No chips at all for TL engine or trans. I hate to be ignorant, but your post is extremely hard to read. Is english your second or third language?

No, it shifts much slower than a skilled manual driver...
I agree. This trans shifts like a doped up slug. I can count a full second from the time I hit the paddle till the time the trans actually shifts. Oh well. Is what it is....an automatic. Should called at "whenever the pcm damn well feels like it tranny"

The actual shifts are plenty fast. It's the delay from the time you pull the paddle until it decides to shift that's slow.
Mine shifts just a little quicker than stock using Amsoil ATD (not recommended for use in Honda products). I've run it for the past 40,000 miles with no problems.
