Factory Parts after mods

Hey guys, just had the CAI, comptech exhaust, and high flow cats installed on my car this last week. Just curious what everybody did with their spare exhaust and intake and cats that came off? Throw them away, store them in the garage, sell them to a wrecker or what? just outta curiousity.

Dont throw it away,I know a lot of people will pay good money for the OEM stuff...............Personally I'm keeping all my stuff in my basement(very, very crowded),My idea is just in case I plan to part out my car (to sell parts, and make some money back)and return it to stock............I guess you never know

Exhaust is hanging from attic rafters right now....OEM Intake is in garage corner cubby hole where I cram crap like this...and OEM rims stacked to the ceiling all over the place....I KEEP IT? Does have me thinking about the validity of such though...takes up a lot of room...and the only one I really ever see benefitting from it is the guy who buys my car?

My exhaust and swaybar are leaning against the wall in the garage. My OEM wheels and steering wheel are boxed in the attic. And my shift knob is somewhere in the house.

I agree with Phesto and I would hold on to the OEM parts, just in case you ever part and sell your car.

Also *knock on wood* but you never know when a mod might break or become damaged and the need to revert back to stock is necessary.

I've got so many OEM parts from a number of various cars in my garage... as useful as they are they take up a lot of space. lol

You guys need a "For Sale" Section on this car forum like a lot of the other ones do... if the Admin can't create one I would try selling on E-Bay or other Honda/Acura forums like HondaTech.

If he does sell the exhaust to you, hopefully you can pick it up. I'm not sure how he would ship it to you. It's about 10 feet long.

Yeah that is why I singled him out... since we are only two hours apart...

I had a guy in AZ that was going to sell me his and it was going to cost $362 to ship it...
