Going to revive this thread: had a bit of a back-and-forth with NepTune on their Facebook site a few days and apparently the K series is on his radar as a project. So much so that he's got a 2007 Type-S in for testing. Take that for what it is worth. I told him that I would disclaim this by saying that this is not a statement that he is definitely doing something for the K series.

F u elmo!!

I just gotta say that I want to rip your Elmo head off! I have been reading this for over a half hour now listening to you go on about the J series. Now that HR Tuning confirmed this is not for all J-series motors I am pissed. I have an 01 CL-S I'm building and all it has is headers, exhaust, intake, and 03 headlights. I'm going to transfer most parts I buy to an 03 CL-S after the 01 dies or just swap an 04 TL trans in it. I was excited about a new ECU option for a car that has no tuning market and all parts are custom. Being a noob and not finishing auto school I'm wondering why this will not work with 01-03 J32 engines. What makes it so different? If you guys are complaining about parts availability then buy a 2nd gen CL and find out how bad it really gets. Thank you for your efforts HR I wished I knew why their is no focus on the old J motors. Our cars are more rare especially the garbage auto trans. When the CL was replaced with the TL it still had the same motor as the CL type S accept with 6 less hp.
