Exhaust mods

Hey guys what’s up? So i have a 2007 Acura Tl base with an XLR8 exhaust. I wanted to do a rear muffler delete and was wondering how the car is going to sound..meaning will the unique sound of the XLR8 still be there just louder, or will it sound like i have done a custom exhaust? I don’t want to lose the sound of my exhaust i just want to make it louder without doing pre cat deletes or any of that

if you dont want to mess with the XLR8 sound, DO NOT MESS WITH THE MUFFLERS!!
do you have the resonated or the non-resonated version?

Thank you! I’m kinda new to this stuff. i ordered the non resonated exhaust but when i received it, it had what they called a PTR chamber which looked like a resonator and to excelerate it wasn’t. I asked the shop to cut the “resonator” out and replace with a straight pipe but they said it wouldn’t do much to the sound

with exhaust sounds; you're basically experimenting.
so if you like the way it sounds now, I wouldn't mess with it.

however; if you wanted to change a piece, try it out and report back

Do you have any suggestions on what part to change to bring up the sound without loosing the xlr8 tone?
