^Yet still the cheapest 2 piece set available. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Gotta pay to play with the best.

Can we please keep this thread on topic? This is a sales thread for STOPTECH parts, not a comparison thread and review thread for other brands.
You get what you pay for. If you want cheap brakes made overseas that may fit and look nice but don't perform and don't last buy their stuff. I'm not saying they aren't a good solution for some people but just always keep in mind that you're getting what you pay for.
Unfortunately people are drawn in by the low price. There's a great saying:
“The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten” – Benjamin Franklin

Joey the RB 2 piece weigh around 12.8 lbs and you can definitely buy them from XLR8....
However, i might be getting this deal from Josh in the next few weeks. I will write a review and hope that will give a good perspective in this break rotor...
I have installed Brakemotive's on 3 cars and they squeak and squeal....something that i do not like....and i dont think these even compare to BM's....
Josh, imma send you an email when i get back in town...

brakemotive is priced very low but as Josh said you get what you paid for... if you drive very casual and do not do a lot of hard brakes or go from 80 to 40 as quickly as possible then i understand brakemotive.. but if you do drive agresively they squeal.. its driving me bonkers
Anil, looking forward to reviews!
Josh, I am going to guess it is curved vanes but wanted to confirm?

Feji....from what I have seen, they peeps are not happy with the rotors but just customer service from BM and price....I would not install them on my car weather i track it or not....
I would highly recommend spending a little bit more and getting quality brakes...
I installed Powerslot slotted rotors and here is the log
New rotors + hawk HPS pads @ ~76,000 miles
New hawk HPS pads front ONLY @ ~125,000 miles (so a total for 50K miles on them)
New RB ET500 rear pads (damn seized caliper) @150K miles
I have 175K miles on the clock, which means the rotors are still going strong @ 99,000 miles !!! and the front pads have ~50K miles and still good...!!!
I would seriously suggest people to go to the XLR8 website and check out the deals on QUALITY rotors and pads....

^^^ I understand....
a lot of people think that brakes are very expensive....a decent 1 piece rotors set (all around with pads) is usually around 400-450 which will last you a long time....
check out this link:

not bad at all for 4 performance slotted or drilled slotted rotors and pads

The patented 2-piece AeroRotor assembly uses uniquely designed and patented AeroVanes® inside the disc to optimize airflow through the rotor. This improved directional design minimizes turbulence and flows up to 61 percent more air than any other rotor tested. The result is up to 80 percent better airflow over original equipment rotors and 10-30 percent better airflow than other directional vane racing rotors currently available. Better airflow equals better cooling, and better cooling means less fade and better overall brake system performance.
StopTech AeroRotors also feature a proprietary alloy chemistry. By adding molybdenum to the gray iron, carefully targeting a narrow range of hardness and tensile strength values, and controlling the cooling rate of the rotor after casting, StopTech produces a friction ring with added crack resistance as well as improved functionality.
