Smile Entry to performance....

I am new to the forum. I have spent a few hours reading the threads, AWESOME!
I am a former crotch-rocket (Honda CBR) enthusiast who smoked most on the road. I bought my TL ('05 AT Navi.) this past year and am ready to begin the upgrades. As you can see I have the ASPEC kit minus the wheels, tires (suck), and susp.

My question is where should I begin with the performance upgrades, and what should I expect from each (cost and HP increase etc.) I dont think I will have the $5k for the SC, but would like to explore the other options. I've read about exhaust, headers, pullies etc. WHERE DO I BEGIN. And will my warranty be void if I upgrade (sorry, I had to ask)??
THANKS TO ANYONE WHO HELPS ME WITH THIS!! I am glad to have switched from the BMW 325i, the TL is FANTASTIC!

Start with a CAI or an exhaust....CAI is probably the best bang for the buck though for a starting mod.

I started with the CAI, its an easy mod to begin with.

I think a little more thought goes into the exhaust department...take a look at some of the other threads out there and see if you can get an idea of what you are looking for based on what other members have posted.

True dat! Cause there are a few avenues you can go with exhaust....several opinions on that one....Comptech ready made or customize your own Magnaflow set up, ect. But the CAI is very easy to do and you will love the results you get with it. These are performace mods....if you want something even cheaper in the looks dept go for the shaved door lock mod at $12...you cant go wrong there! Even easier to do...takes 5 minutes with beers.
