Engine sound after CAI/SRI install??

Im looking into getting a CAI (but using it as a SRI since there is always flooding and deep as puddles where I live)

I am wondering how much of a change is there to the sound of the engine? I had a civic ex previously (riced out) and the intake made a big change in how the engine sounded. I was curious to know if installing the intake on the TL was just as dramatic.

Thanks.

u might lose power from the hot air being pulled in, wich the TL is very sensitive to.
