Engine damper and vibration

Can the people with engine dampers chime in about this one.
I hear it makes shifting better, but adds vibration to the car.
Can you guys elaborate more about the vibration?
Is it during stop? How bad is it?

It doesn't add much of a vibration and really firms up shifts. I had to install mine from the bottom, which was pretty easy and quick.

Vibration would happen with AC on I would believe but other than vibration, it's very little to none. There may be a little shake when cold start or small vibration that won't be too noticeable. Only vibration you'll need to be concerned is when you have stiffer motor mounts.
