its literally just a pipe, there's nothing special about it..
no it will BARELY give you any performance increase if you're just thinking about replacing your stock 3rd cat with this test pipe
most people that get the atlp v2 j pipe will spend the extra $100 for the test pipe to free the exhaust restriction or you can just get RV6, ATLP V2-R or the xlr8 j pipe which will delete the 3rd cat anyway
if you're in Cali though id recommend the ATLP V2 + the test pipe w/shield tabs so you can pass visual inspection
