yeah, don't put shitty little ebay mods on your ~$35k car.

if you want a cai, get a REAL CAI. will cost around ~$250 NEW (can get for cheaper used, check black market)

some brands...

AEM, Fujita, Injen, K&N, Takeda, DC Sports (since you seem to be on a budget, this can be had from ultrarev.com for ~$120 shipped) http://www.ultrarev.com/cai5529.html

Don't kid yourself, TLs are barely entry level luxury. A lower mileage can be had for $13k, higer mileage for $8k, and I've seen practically new type S' with 93 miles go for $21k (click). That being said, that particular ebay intake looks like a piece of shit. Get the DC one. There's no realistic power gains to be had from an intake, so get the cheapest one that's not completely ass.

Actually you can buy it and try it out because it is not that expensive to give it a try. I think that thing is more useful than "electric supercharge". LOL
Intake is only giving your engine more air and more easy to suck the air in. If you buy a AEM, K&N.....they will give you better sounds....
I don't think there is a huge performance different between that ebay thing and ~$300 intake ....only the sound will be different

Yeah you might as well go to Home Depot and but all the things to make this and wrap it in 3M CF Vinyl. I must agree though dont put this Crap on ur car. At least buy one thats made for ur car and is no universal.

Youd be MUCH better off just removing the intake resonator and throwing in a K&N.
