0800
So I drove out to trenton new jersey to a small shop called mufflex, (see: mufflex-performance.com)... The drive sucked ass, I had worked 16hours the evening before and I was exhausted... No pun intended rofl

0900
Arrived @ mufflex

0930
TL on the lift
Greddy Uninstalled

0945
With the help from Richie V6.. Who provided me a nice 3-bolt flange, my single exit project began...

1000
Aero Resonator installed a foot after the 3rd cat

1030
Prebent mandrel pieces cut and shaped to fit the underbelly of this monster

1130
Almost complete, I requested for the shop owner to let me retain the option of making this catback 2 pieces, he agreed and we included a 3bolt flange just after the rear sway bar (awesome idea for possible future changes )

1230
PROJECT COMPLETE
Final Review: when compared to the greddy with my already higher flowing exhaust setup, to the addition of a single exit hks muffler... My low end is perfect, nothing like an auto with a nice smooth powerband, although I wish I'd gotten something top end (it is the same) hehehe

Pictures Coming Soon (wish I could upload via blackberry)

Precat Deletes Coming Soon

It would look way better if you got rid of the other exhaust cut out. I think it looks silly when cars have a dual cut out with only one exhaust.

I think it is the first tl type s single exit?

But then again I was the first to confirm base and type s were the same, so pretty much I think its the first tl-s

As for the wheels trying for this weekend

meh, too ricey for me
these are for civics lol

is this supposed to help the flow and ideally pump out gains? given that the exhaust runs straight out, instead of disseminating the fumes left and right?

I've been told that single exit yields the most power but also is quite loud...

Single exit does infact yield more gains, this is confirmed by the colors th greddy tubing had... Nice Golden Tone.... And at the y pipe the golden completely stops.... Which means it cools... Bad... The single exit really isn't loud at all, quieter than the greddy, I installed an aero resonator simply because it will give me a lot of raspyness when the precats go in...

Rice? Is the $50 version from ebay... Respect it or save the comment, I am usually not mean about anyone"s opinion, but SAVE IT FOR SOMEONE ELSE

As stated, dyno... Coming soon... 300HP N/A (bring it)

something about the way it sits doesn't look right to me.

I think it's the fact that it's on a TL. It just doesn't look right to me.

but, to each his own.

for being original on the Type S
