ATLP or Excelerate J-pipe and Progress RSB. Its gonna be a little more than $500, but both will give you a good improvement in power and handling.

do J-pipe + CAI. J-Pipe +UR pulley. Will leave you about 400-600 depend where you get it from, my opinions go used and itll be under 500 for that combo. Those two are the best bang for buck in my opinions and im sure others will agree. If your going for looks get aspec front and lowering springs.

Did someone just say the rv-6 bar was just for looks? Get your facts right man.

Anyways, do the ATLP V2 J-pipe, and I guess strut or sway.

Pre-cats or J-pipe

Or both if you can squeeze out a little extra That's when you'll feel the power

A strut bar on a car that already has a strut bar is going to do very, very little if anything. Now if it's being sold because it provides clearance for other items, that's one thing but a strut bar is the absolute last thing I would spend money on when looking for performance.

A-specs are great for true performance.

Personally I would do the RSB and j-pipe/precat deletes.

It seems like most people are agreeing on doing the RSB and Jpipe so that sounds good to me....Now I gotta make the decision on which jpipe and which rsb...

Definitely get the Progress RSB. It's 24mm and adjustable.

I won't recommend anything I don't have experience with but I can recommend the Progress RSB. 24mm adjustable.

Another route that not many people go is H&R bars. They sell the front and rear separately and as a kit. If you plan on doing the front bar later on, it may not be a bad idea to do the H&R rear bar so you'll end up with a balanced kit in the end.

The other option that I think would be awesome and very cheap is the Type-S front bar (unless you already have a type-S, I forgot to look) for $60 and Progress rear bar. That would be a balanced setup. Only problem is labor for the front bar install is not cheap. I did it myself on my back but I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a lot of patience.
