comptech SUPERCHarger high boost pulley

I have a 3g tl comptech high boost pulley. Would this pulley work on the 2g TL supercharger? Would it need a new belt?

im pretty sure it would work...and the HBP is like 1/4 inch smaller (stock is 3.2 and HB is 2.95 )...there's PLENTY of tensioner play, so there's no need for a shorter belt. its just a waste of money.

I am just about to start a project to Add CT- Engineering's Supercharger to My 2007 Acura RL.
Does anyone have any experience or advice for this project?
Has anyone used the TL Supercharger on an RL?

The tl uses a 3.2 and the rl uses a 3.5. The supercharger is made for the 3.2. The blower might fit but it will not fuction properly. A type s guy did the install but had to rework the acm computer

if I remember that discussion correctly, the CT S/C produces very low gains for the 3.5L

loss of boost due to increased displacement...and like hi speed said.....acm to ecu needs to be wired correctly, not something thats instructed from CT either, at least not on the RL.

no it wont work! j32a2/j32a3 have completely different pulley systems and belts are different widths.

not to sound harsh, but those guys dont know what the hell they are doing with that project yes, the blower might be a bit too small for the extra CFM the 3.5 gives, regardless....that thing should be hitting the 375hp mark even with the stock pulley. why on earth would they spend so much time trying to modify the POS ACM, when they can get something alot more tunable like the GEMU or FI/c its a simple tuning issue IMO.

actually you're right on the fittment...i was focused on pulley fitting over the sc shaft lol... which is something i dealt with a while back trying to determine if pulleys for other cars fit...btw accord, let me know if ya need a specific sized pulley..i can guide ya to the place, for decent price, aluminum, whatever size u want..smth i already tried
