Comptech Short Shifter.
For those that have done this, you already know, but for those that haven't, you need to do this. That shifter feels ten times better with it in there. The throw is shortend up quite a bit, and to me the shifter feels firmer. When you put it in gear, you can tell its in gear!! So if you haven't done this, spend the ~$50, get the part, and put it in. You won't regret it!!!
