i was wondering if its worth it to get the Comptech Exhaust for our TL, i have an Automatic....as i did not have the option of getting the 6MT...but ive been told that if u get louder exhaust with Automatic cars, you hear droning and such...is this true? does anyone have any sound clips? any info would be appreciated because i am totally lost on this...

Drone is MUCH worse on the AT cars. I have installed it on both for our customers. You do not hear it as much on MT cars because you are changing gears more often. On the AT cars when you push the gas and the car doesn't downshift it is very noticeable. It would not keep me personally from getting it if I had an AT, but for some people it might be a bit much.

BTW-I have the exhaust on my car(6mt) and I love it!

I have the 5AT with CT Exhaust and love it! The only bothersome drone is on long road trips when 5th gear starts to bog. This is where it can become a little fatiguing. Never the less I wouldn't live without it. Added just enough HP to beat out a Subaru WRK last night.
