I have the AEM and I can hear a small whistle at low RPMs if my windows are down. However, if you're cruising normally you can't even tell it's installed until you gun it.

 

I ordered the Injen CAI because one guy Joe, said it really did not make alot of noise at part throttle...

 

i ordered an AEM... i'll let ya'll know once i get it.

 

all of the above, just at different times. whistle as low rpms, drone (well it could be my exhaust) around 2400, swoosh sound at low/mid rpms, and a pretty sweet sound when full throttle. i used to hate the sound of the intake but since i added my magnaflows the lovely exhaust gets rid of all annoying intake noise.

 

I'll report on whether the Injen makes noise. I got the black one.

 

I have ordered the AEM CAI. Will post results after the install!
