Cold Air Intake help

Hey guys, I currently have a Fujita5 cold air intake on my 04 TL. Today I found out that the intake ripped off the mount for the 2nd time and now I have a hole on the piping again. I welded it once, Should i reweld it again or purchase another CAI? For those of you who have been in this situation let me know what is best to do. And any recommendations of which brand of CAI is best and will not cause any ripping and put me in the situation again. Thanks.

What's causing this to occur? Is the motor flexing a lot? Was it installed properly?

The AEM V2 is a great intake for the TL and is durable:
