Cold Air Intake/ Caliper Covers

A few of the mods that I hope to complete over the next few months are a cold air intake and new caliper covers.

As for the cold air intake, I am curious about any advice that you all may have about where is the best place to order from, where has been successful in the past? Also, about how much money am I looking at between buying the actual product and getting it installed?

For the caliper covers, this is just simply something that I think I would like aesthetically. I know it's not for everyone, but I have always thought that cars look ten times sportier with caliper covers. I really want blue ones, but have not had any luck finding them anywhere. I suppose that I could get another color, then buy heat resistant blue paint, but I would prefer to avoid the hassle. Also, if I am going to get these covers, does this mean that I would need to change anything with my breaks? I am considering getting new rims, so I would probably do these two mods together to avoid doubling maintenance cost of removing the rims twice.

Any advice that you all have would be very much appreciated. Specifically, any links you have to buying the two products, but also general advice and answers to my questions. Thanks so much.

Check out eBay for the caliper covers. As far as a cold air intake, look around this site for reviews on each kind. Try googling" acurazine 3G cold air intakes" or CAI to find threads about the topic.

AEM V2 is very popular CAI on AcuraZine. You can confidently buy one from any one of our vendors: Excelerate, Heeltoe, EndlessRPM. Click on the vendor directory link towards the top of the page for their contact info.

Lastly, welcome to AcuraZine.

Definitely look into the AEM V2. It is by far the most popular intake as it provides the best power gains and has the best fitment. We have them in stock and ready to ship!
