Cold Air Induction rating

What is the best CAI available for the 2004-05 TL? Also where is the best place to purchase a CAI? I went to AEM and the indicated that their wasn't one available on their web site, said to be released.

do a search and u will find A LOT of info on an intake, I have AEM CAI and love it, I bought mine on ebay for around 195 shipped. By the way make sure if you get an AEM that you move the sensor, IMO a big difference when you do that.

i just got my AEM put on and all i can say is holy shit................

when you tap the gas, it does a quick suck of air, and when you are really getting on it, it sounds mean as hell.

i checked with my Acura guy who hooks me up with everything and he told me NOT to do the relocation of the sensor. that will definitely void your warranty since you are messing with the map sensor. it could make something go wrong............besides it is only for a couple of HP. just my two sense.....

I've got the AEM and love it. I had the dealer install the AEM and they moved the sensor for the power adder option. The combo with the magnaflow exhaust I just put on is pretty sweet. If you're going to do the exhaust I'd definitely do the intake as well. If you listen to the clips I posted in the performance forum you can hear the AEM intake kickin at 4-5k rpm in "Onramp 1".

Aem Cai

Get the AEM. I too live in JAX on the Westside (unforetunately) If you are near by I will bring mine by so that you can listen and drool with envy. I just put mine on today and absolutely love it .

i have the k&n intake...it probably makes the same noise as the aem one although i think the aem one has a lower list price. i got the k&n at cost so that was the deciding factor for me.
