i would be intrested in seeing a single-exit exhuast for the TL..... something like the veilside teardrop for the s2000

quad tips is def. a bit of an overkill for me and i never really liked the look of the comptech exhuast..... i would want more of an hks ar apexi exhuast look.

I spoke to the manufacturer. My rep was away on a business trip for a week or so. He said he will get back to me by late this week or early next week to get some more finite information on this and then some pricing.

not enough back pressure, so power loss which is why 3" is usually found on turbo setups. I think someone has actually already tried it and noticed the power loss.

Are you sure those are the dimensions? I wish I had one to measure.

I was thinking specifically about with a supercharger application. Wondering if you would experience the same loss.

I agree^^
I would definately be interested if it would look and sound similar to comptech.
I am trying to locate a comptech now, but not having much luck. I love the look of the mufflers and tips on it. Wouldn't want dual tips personally

I would like the Type S style quad tips, however anything reasonable in pricing would suit my needs!

I'm mostly after HP gains. For me, number of tips, price, and sound are less important.

couple friends of mine with TLs, if you get this done i will strongly suggest your system above all others. keep in mind though sound levels are a factor.

Lifetime warranty Cat-back systems
Any chance you can talk to Borla?

One of my family members picked up a Borla cat-back system for a V-6 Accord and it sounds awesome. More importantly, it is stainless steel and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Definetly interested as long as it's similar to the CT design - not too loud, no quad tips and the price range is perfect.

how bout he puts in an 'optional' resonator that can be removed by any muffler shop, or add $30.00 to the price, and include flanges and a piece of straight pipe to give to sound levels. To the effect of 'tuneable' exhaust-

not too loud, remember that an exhaust shouldnt take away from the luxury of a luxury-sport car

i'm interested in hearing some more information.

specifically about the price and horsepower gains.

also, will there be several tip options, or are you planning on making a large order of the same type?

Well in order to do multiple different tips I need to see a lot of demand for a second choice. The first exhaust produced will likely be very similar to Comptech's design. HP gains should be the same. Price should be a few hundred dollars less though.

HP gains r RETARDED if ur trying to do them with exhaust, its what 7 HP, ur not going to feel much of a difference.

Exhaust is about the Sound and Looks, its PURLEY cosmetic. A good loud deep tone to sound aggresive, and some quad or big circlular tips would look amazing.

Not to argue with you.....but I think your statement goes WAY beyond credible thinking unless you are talking exhaust ALONE....then you do have a point. Dont do much. You really need to open up both ends of the equation...ie. intake AND exhaust...but exhaust does play an important role in HP....a restricted exhaust will stifle your efforts on the other end.
