Catback Exhaust from Excelerate!!

Hey guys. At SEMA and recently at a show on Sunday I spoke to a very large and reputable company to have an exhaust privately made for me for you guys. I have to get more info but the design would be very similar to Comptech's. I don't have exact info yet nor pricing, but I need to see how many ppl are interested in an exhaust setup. I also can have a quad tip setup made but I would need 50 orders to make that happen. I'd like to see interest before I invest in a project so large.

I never ended up getting the hook-up i thought i was going to get on my comptech so i am still in the market for a catback.....

Will def be interested depending on who the manufacturer is, price and how LONG it will take

If you can get some solid specs up soon and it is under 1 grand then i will def be down..

Keep us posted

Needs to be priced at the $700 to $800 mark. I think the $1000 price tag of the comptech drove many to get a custom exhaust done for the tune of $500-$600. I would pay around $700 for a bolt on system that performed like the comptech.

Im pretty sure I speak for most people here when I say my interest is contingent on price, power gain, and exhaust note tone.

Hey guys, I don't want to impede on the thread, but can you guys please just go on this thread and just add your names to the petition even if you guys already have exhausts, whether comptech or not, whether you want an exhaust or not, i need names (bodies) to sign up on the petition so we can get GReddy to manufacture us a catback...Thank you for your cooperation. I would buy it. like everyone said the price is a huge thing. 900 was quite to much for an exhaust from comptech.

I'm interested if it's similar to the Comptech bolt on design. Looking for Quality, Tone (not too loud), ~10 HP increase, Fit and Finish. $750.- shipped.

I'm waiting for more info. The first exhaust I will release will be one very similar to Comptech in terms of muffler style. I can get the quad tip but like I said I will need to order 50 units; I can stock some but I can't be stocking 35 units and only selling 15 initially. On the first release I am hoping to keep the price in the $700-$750 range.

Also if anyone can help me out I never took measurements on the Comptech exhaust. What size was the piping on the B-pipe? I almost positive it splits to a 2" at the axleback.

Exactly, if the CT system was priced at $700 I don't think they would have been able to keep up with demand

I would look at em and consider it....if there is some performance gain over the comptechs I have on there now...count me in. Or coolness factor...thats always a plus too. (quad tips for example)

i would be interested in a quad tip. Again, price is the main concern. As long as it's under $800, reasonable gains, and decent sound, I'm down.

Possibly interested in a non-quad, but it would have to be cheaper...closer to 700

I would be interested if it were like the comptech. If the ct exhaust was 700-750 I would already have one

i would love to see a quad exhaust but i'm not sure it's feasible. i mean, ppl are looking at the quad exhaust on the TL-S and it looks hot as hell but some don't know that the rear bumper exhause tip opening on the S model is a lot bigger than the 04-06's.

i think that the stainless large tips from the Comptech exhaust looked good, maybe even very slightly bigger too

what would be cool is if you can have the same shape as the stock exhaust tips, just bigger to fill in the gap.....
