What performance camshaft options are out there ?

 

This has been covered a couple of times before so searching woulda been wise before posting.

Gist of it- Some OEM options from other J motors and a couple of aftermarket re-grinds but it's all very limited.

But search it up, you'll be more than pleased I'm sure.

 

Ya man,I searched high, I've searched low.
I know all the current choices.
Having cams made from scratch, weld/regrinds from various companys,For me using 07-08 tls cams.
I was trying to find out if their has been any new alternatives that you 3g guys may have come up with.
Such as reveiws of certin places that's make a reliable regrind,cheap prices,etc.
I'm just about done part collecting for my build and just need to pick some cams.
So I'm not someone just bs'ing about cams but,someone who actually needs idea's and options ASAP.
Therefore I have turned to you 3g guys for hope of new info.

If it was possible mine would be worn out. Trust me.

 

Well I'm pretty sure we're still working with the same info we've had for awhile now. I'd probably go with one of the OEM J cams. Which one, just depends on what your build includes specifically.

 

Bore n stoke 3.7. Everything is ported/polished for all out performane not mild street porting.I will be shooting for 11.7 to 1 or higher.
I will be going for as high as possible on premium.
Need cams first so numbers can get figured.
Cams are the biggest piece of the puzzle.
With out them I can't go any farther.
