My opinion.......save your money. For the price they charge vs the actual benefits, it's not worth it. I could see maybe paying $150 tops. But $275-300....they can keep that shit.

on top of that, if you compare the two (aem vs injen) they are pretty much similar....so there's no need to really decide which brand, as they are similar.

CAI are noise makers that's all and you lose low end power which is not good. Waste of money in my book sorry

I've been enjoying my K&N CCI Typhoon 69 Series. Sounds amazing, and I certainly wouldn't call it noise.

A cold air intake will net you 5 to 10 horsepower which may not throw you back in your seat, but it's something. Every bit counts especially with these cars. If you do decide to go cold air the AEM isn't a bad choice.

We sell the K&N filter as well.

Wouldn't call em noise makers cuz it does sound good. Just not worth the money they charge IMO. As for actual horsepower gains, it may make 5-10 but it's not really noticeable. I've just come to terms that performance mods are pretty much a waste of money on this platform unless you've got big bucks to spend. The drop in k&n filter that replaces the stock one would probably be something I would look into and mostly because it's washable and reusable for quite some time.

If you go with that one I listed, take your bumper off...MUCH easier to remove OE.

Video for you guys to compare the "noise" with all else stock for the typhoon series. Lame video, but good before/after comparison.

The DC sports intake is only $125 included shipping from summit racing. Seems to good quality and I had no issues with fitment. Very loud roar when you get on it and nice little whistle around 2.5-3rpm. A lot cheaper and just as good as AEM in my opinion. I had an AEM on my eclipse and the quality of the piping is the same as this DC sports one.
