what are u looking to black out? there are a few things...
RockBlocker has vinyl films that u can put over ur headlights and ur tail lights to black them out...as well as ur side markers....
tinting can be done at any tint shop
black rims are ur own taste.
dunno what else to tell you...hope this helps
