Ignore my previous post. I managed to find two great threads regarding this issue.

I would also add a high-flow cat (right in between the j-pipe and quad exhaust, replaced the catalytic converter) Don't get a test pipe because your exhaust will be very raspy and the smell is a little worse.

....
No offense bro, but I disagree a little bit.

I did notice that I got some drone back after adding a test pipe.

Stock exhuast = no drone
"Stage 3" Stock exhaust hack = light drone @ high gear/low RPM; good Tone
"Stage 3" plus J-Pipe = Drone almost gone; Great Tone
"Stage 3" plus J-Pipe plus Race Pipe = light drone @ high gear/low RPM; Great Tone

As far as smell, I never noticed any difference.

FWIW: I do NOT have pre-cat deletes. The TL-S however does have high(er) flow cats for all three cats.

None taken JP

But I should have been more clear, I meant to say he should get a high-flow cat if he decides to get pre-cat deletes. I had the test pipe with ATLP base exhaust and J-pipe and it sounded beautiful, but now that I got pre-cat deletes, a high flow cat is a must, IMO.

BTW, are you coming out to the Raleigh meet with us?
