^^Should last a while, it's a tough belt, provided the blower is properly aligned like Ryan said and nothing is touching the belt if these conditions aren't met any belt will tear up fast!

I'm still on my original Gatorback belt, but I only had the blower for about a year so this is nothing.

FYI this belt size doesn't slip with a smaller high boost pulley (HBP), the automatic belt tensioner takes care of any slack, so no need to get a smaller belt with the HBP.

Hope this help!

Digging up an old one here, but I had some first hand experience with this one...

I'm running the HBP on my car at the moment and I'm fairly certain the belt is slipping using the Goodyear Gatorback belt that it came with (4060945). The tops of my inner grooves are polished and I'm only hitting 5.2 psi. I'll be trying one of the slightly shorter belts in a little bit here to see which one solves the problem.

The ones I'm looking at are:
4060940 - 94.0"
4060935 - 93.5"

Note the last 3 digits indicate the belt length in inches.

BMEYER: hey whats up man, i have a question about my supercharger.... my belt is starting to squeak when i start up the car in the morning. the belt was used when i got the supercharger and i have put about 12k miles in it. i saw in a post that you mentioned trying out a smaller belt with the HBP, did that work out for you? i havent installed my HBP yet since im waiting to get the meth kit, but would it be worth it to replace mine with a smaller belt now till the summer, or should i just get the regular size belt? also do you remember where u bought it from????
