Mine still looks brand new but i never drive my car in the winter.

Sorry to hear about your losses OP!
All is good. I'm happy it's being fixed from HT. And I just wont have it on the car in the winter anymore. I'll take it off every fall before snow starts. I'd love to just not drive it in the winter, but it's my DD. :P

That's a lot of work to change j pipes every fall/spring. You'd be better off just having a new flex portion welded in every couple years. They're only around $30.

It wasn't too too hard, I have a pit in my garage. So it's easy access to the underbody of the car. But yeah it's a hassle either way. hah..

This thread is great. Seriously needing time to save up $270. I think maybe you have more important things to worry about than modding your car. I guess the kids are getting these cars en masse at this point.

Yeah! haha. I have a pit that's about 4-5 feet deep that I can go under the car with. It is grandfathered in the garage from years and years ago too. I know for a fact they arrant legal generally. lol

Yes doesnt soind fair but thats business.
I totally agree with pizzaman, you got a reputation to protect and your running a business, everything you say on here is written in ink, not in pencil, choose your words carefully, blowing up is going to scare the next person into not buying your jpipe, but I'm happy things worked out and the problem was resolved, going through this thread and reading through the long comments, makes you tired of reading and I was shopping for a new after market j pipe for my TL-S

In the end he replaced the Jpipe and i've had it for just over 2 weeks now. It took a while to get the pipe back, but i'm not complaining. I'm just happy it was replaced and it's back on the car. I noticed already that the welds are completely different than the first version that was deteriorated. I'll post pictures:

I know this thread is old or whatnot. i know a lot of people are not purchasing from atlp heeltoe because of this reason. i know that people that are not buying from heeltoe is wrong for doing so. if this guy drives on salty roads or commute nationwide road trips it is the road's fault not heeltoe. im a tech and fck i seen cars come in rusted ass fck. i mean totally OE parts such as hub bearings, struts, brake calipers, exhaust and all sorts of shit. and this is OEM!?!?! ATLP v2 pipe will take a hit in this kind of condition regardless of what grade steel is used. you guys are wrong for flaming ATLP. plus who else makes a better looking exhaust system than heeltoe atlp? HAHAAHA

My jpipe and atlp quads are already showing signs of rusting at the seams and they haven't even seen their first winter. I understand driving in salt creates rust but it shouldn't really happen after one winter or even three winters. I always do my best to rinse off and wash the under carriage at least once a week during the winter and drive the MDX as much as possible but I do hope I'm not checking into this thread with bad news this coming spring. All in all the product and sound are amazing but unfortunately we don't all live in SoCal or Florida.

Mine are perfectly fine. Once in a while I go under there to polish it.
