Anyone with XLR8 exhaust - HELP!!!

I just got the XLR8 exhaust from Josh and installed it last Friday. The exhaust is awesome and sounds great, but I am havng one problem. There is a rattle that is driving me nuts. It seems to be coming from both sides right by where the mufflers are. I check for the clearance of the pipes to make sure its not rubbing or hitting against any other pieces. Everything looks fine. The install is pretty straight forward so I dont think I messed up? Anyone who got this exhaust have this problem or maybe help shed some light? Thanks!

What do you mean by a rattle? The packing in the muffler has to settle in and that could be making a small noise. Make sure there is no metal to metal contact anywhere either. Look over the install again.

Thanks for the reply. I have already checked and the exhaust pipes aren't hitting anything. I also checked the heat shield after the 3rd cat section. Everything there is fine. The noise is coming from the left and right sides by the mufflers in the back. I will wait a couple weeks for the mufflers to settle and see if it continues. I also will look into getting those poly hangers. Thanks guys, if anyone else have any ideas please let me know.

mufflers will always take at LEAST 1000 miles to break in the material inside of them.... but as for a "rattle" sound, arent there also heat sheilds over the mufflers?? check those...

did you install yourself? or did a shop to do it.. usually, the best way to check exhaust stuff is to have it on a lift, so you can see everythign clearly.... my
