Hello..

I just installed my AEM cold air intake yesterday!!!!

It was raining really bad today....i noticed when i have applied my brakes and have come to a complete stop i get some sound...it sounds like something is spitting out something...

anyone has this issue???

 

Sounds to me like you need to listen again when its not raining.

How much of an improvement do you get with the V2 for milage, assuming you're driving NORMAL?

For that matter, which CAI gives the best milage improvement?

 

not much of an improvement.

 

I wouldn't change the car at all if mileage is your goal.

 

Do I need to drain 1 gallon of coolant from the radiator as instructed via the AEM instructions?

 

I guess I found out the hard way luckily I had quick hands! Yes, drain the radiator or get ready for a bath.
