I have a 08 tl S and I want to start adding upgrades. I guess my first thing will be a intake, I think I'm leaning towards a RAM instead of cold air. Can anyone please give me some advice about what up grades are best and in what order I should get them? I would really appreciate the advice. Thanks.

intakes dont do shit but add noise.
it gets worse when you consider ram intakes.


if you want a performance piece that gains, look into a Jpipe.
our factory jpipe is restricted, replacing it with a better flowing, longer pipe getting rid of the third cat will net you about 15 horses.


an intake = less than 2hp.

I would tell you..but there aren't that many options for the TL honestly since there are only 3 main manufacturers making parts. It just ends up with what you prefer. I agree with going with the jpipe first though. The stock one is a pretty crappy design.
