Well i did it and did the 3rd cat delete and i can honestly say i am impressed. I had previously had my muffler shop build me a custom cat back with two flowmasters and 2.50 in pipe. Was gonna do the j pipe custom, but he actually talked me out of it. Said acura actually has pretty good pipe and just doin the cat delete would b to my liking. Gotta say not disappointed at all.

 

upgrade that jpipe you'll like it tenfold

 

My muffler shop can actually fab one for me for bout 200$. Where does the jpipe help the most in higher rpms....?

 

^ across the whole band.... i would be weary about custom fabbing one.. might just be $200 wasted... air flow is very crucial on the jpipe.. look into ATLP, RV6 or XLR8's pipe

Thanx for the tips guys. Gotta save some more money. Want too many mods at once gonna do sum exterior later too. S-type brake light and really want some ron jon wheels.
