If you're talking about the 3.7 TB, then yes, it has been done, but you need to either port your stock manifold/runners or better yet, port your runners and also install the 3.7 manifold. Just adding the larger TB on its own won't do anything substantial.

^to add, if you're keeping the stock manifold, you will need the adapter.
this route, however proves to be expensive.

the better route, like anx explained is to buy the SH-AWD 3.7 manifold along with the 3.7 throttle body.

So the 3.7 intake manifold will fit properly on the 3.5 tl s?

Exactly. Used 3.7 TB/adapter ~ $450 or new TB/adapter ~$550 for maybe 1-2 whp. Put the money you'd spend on the adapter toward the manifold. The manifold and ported runners are where the power will be made. And unless you already have all the conventional bolt ons, I'd hold off on this until you do.

Comparison between stock PORTED manifold and 3.7 manifold/TB/polished runners. This is on a 3.0 Accord 6MT. 3.2 TL 6MTs should gain more.

If you're gonna take the plunge for the throttle body, get the manifold. You'll gain a couple horses, but no where near what you will with the manifold as well. Another option below (take out the red X's)

^ If you want the throttle body, PM me for a better price.

Once my mounts are installed and it gets cooler I will be hitting the track. Most likely Oct/Nov. I'm gonna try to go a few times before they close.

^ Would love some slicks and 16" wheels, but it's a lot to spend for ~10 passes a year.

The 3.7 manifold WILL fit the 3.2, yes. It fight my 3.0 as a direct bolt on, and I mean direct. The only thing that is different is the map sensor connector, and the fact that you need to relocate your IAT sensor. Otherwise everything bolts up and it's a very worthwhile swap. I gained 10-15whp from 6K to redline and I'm still on a small intake. I'm assuming another 5whp gain from a 3.5" CAI.
