You know how we have Alpine Navis....

so instead of the avelectronics expansion module...can the alpine video switch / expansion module with tv tuner work? shouldnt it be more compatible since its alpine? and its only 280...

anyone know? any electronic gurus out there?

You would have to contact Alpine for compatibility. My guess is it won't work, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Not all Alpine products have to be compatible with each other.

It wont work. The reason being is that the alpine unit doesnt convert the signal. You need to convert the current signal to rgb so that it shows up on the screen.
