XM problem?

So, I'm going home and I put on the XM and I tried to change my pre-set channel and when I try to change the channel from the steering wheel button it says XM Updating and stays on the first preset channel. So, I tried scrolling with the right wheel manually and it works, but some channels are missing. I live in NYC and I usually get z100 on channel 12, but it skips past that channel.

So I tried to set my pre-sets again, but it doesn't let me do it. What happened?

Before this happened I went into the navigation options by pressing three buttons and hit the navigation link and i see green boxes everywhere, but i just pressed exit dialog and exited out of the nav options.

I just bought my car last week, i should still have the subscription.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

call and check that your account is active, then ask them to refresh the signal.

It has to be active though, because I can scan through the other channels. Usually if it's not active, then I can only access the first preview channel. I can still seek through other channels, i just can't save them to my presets anymore.

Same as with regular broadcast radio stations-- select station, push and hold preset # button until you hear a beep. Each preset button will retain 1 AM station, 1 FM station and 2 XM stations.
