There is no tech pkg as far as I know. It's either Navi or non-Navi. Here are the upgrades for 06:

The 2006 TL received the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) and a new engine management system to help reduce torque steer. The new horsepower rating of 258 hp (192 kW) is due to a change in testing procedures, despite the engine remaining the same since 2004.

 

My 08 TL is a TL "Tech". All it means is that it has the factory navigation system.

called "tech" in Canada only for those model years, I think

 

+1, and for 6MT it was sport package I believe.

 

The tech package from my dealer was: trunk tray, wheel locks, and I think mud flaps. At least I think that was what they called it.

Yeah, you could be right. I can't really remember, but that makes more sense.

 

The only option on the 2006 TL automatic was the navigation option. It included Navigation, voice command, (possibly bluetooth but not sure on this one) and Michelin tires. That's it.
