WMA problem

I created a CD-R with a mix of both MP3 and WMA files. The MP3s all play great, but the system shows "FORMAT" as the track name when it comes to a WMA file and then, after trying for about 30 seconds, moves to the next file.

It's supposed to play both.

Anyone else have this problem, or any suggestions?

Suggetst you try a disk with WMA only. Don't know that it would work, but try it out to see if the played detects one type of file on a disk and attempts to play only that type.

Also, take a quick read in the Owners Manual to see if there is anything "special" about playing WMA files.
