Which wire is - and which is +?

I got a pair of infinity 1011t off from ebay.
On each speaker it has 1 transferent wire and 1 transferent with black stripe wire. Which one is - and which one is +? I assume that the one with black stripe is - but need to make sure if I am right.

And what is crossover? I just got two speakers. Is it already attached to the speaker (the black thing glued at the bottom with wire attached or???

Wire with the black strip should be understood as the "BLACK" wire, i.e. NEGATIVE, so you're correct.

What is crossover? as in, "What is the meaning of crossover," or "what is the actual crossover frequency of these speakers i just purchased off ebay?" or "where is the crossover capacitor located on these speakers i just purchased?"

Check out crutchfiield or google for the paper that should have come with the tweeters.

Also google "site:tl.acurazine.com 1011t"
