Oh, and just curious, with the navtool, can I play videos off of my ipod with it?

 

I have it and it works, and why wouldn't it? It just a standard RCA jack on the other end of the camera. Also, please don't pay that price for that unit, you can get it much cheaper online. I am going to replace that one with a different one so I'm going to sell mine on the BM soon, however the chrome is flaking and needs to be resprayed or refinished. If you want to take the time to do that, I'll let it go for cheap.

btw I've seen Elegant Type S's plate mounted cam and the resolution is amazing. Boyo makes a very good camera. As for the flaking chrome, you could easily steel wool that off and paint it black or even spray it chrome and then use spray tint to make it appear black chrome.

 

Thanks for the replies. I ended up buying it off ebay for $142 which I thought was a good price. I was able to get navtool from another guy on here for $135, so I'll have it installed in a week or two!
