Will 2007 Acura TL radio display work in a 2005 TL?

That's a first. I think the 07-08 base hvac screen is just horrible. To each their own I guess. I always wanted to upgrade my 04 base screen to the 06 base screen because it looked the same but was blue and easier to read. I quickly changed my mind after I saw the price tag, and I was working at Acura at the time and would have got a discount, but it still would have been expensive. I think the only real difference function wise is that the 07 screen has a compass. find out if the connections are the same. I don't think there will be much difficulty with this project. Should be an easy swap.

I agree completely- the 04-06 controls look cheap for the grade of car the TL is (doesn't befit the TL at all). As long as the connectors are the same, it looks like a direct fit- should be a must for buying a 04-06 non navi TL.
