Im looking at the 4.150 or the 4.100.

will 50 watts make that much difference.

i have cdt audio components wich can take up to 140 rms but im never gonna get them that loud and from what i heard the pdx 4 channel with 100 watts per channel puts out 120 actually. but its 100 $ cheaper

anybody have experience with them and what can u recommend.

 

Which CDTs do you have?

I have CDTs. The CL-E6CF 6 1/2 mid woofers and the TW-25 silk dome tweets.

My 4.100 seems to power them just fine.

 

i had the cdt ef61cf component set then i upgraded the mids with the es06 wich are much more beefier. They are very similar to the m6 version but just a little more refined. I never upgraded the crossover to the 560i so im kinda limiting the power delivery right there anyways...

I started all this when ive seen your install. not that i really followed you all the way but at the end look im buying alpine pdx amps

 

you'll notice the increase in volume in 50 watts..normal rule of thumb is to get an amp that has some more power than rated for the speaker..so the 4.150 will do fine..
