Why am I getting this noise?

Why am I getting this noise?
I just installed infinity 1011t tweeters on 2008 TL.
It works fine but when the radio is off, these tweeters are making hissing static noise like "chi~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~".
Why am I getting this noise even the radio off? It's not loud but it's loud enough to be able to listen it even when the engine is running.

BTW, I don't have any after market amp or anything. Everything is stock other than these tweeters. Also mine is not Type-S so no noise cancelling crap.
This static noise only goes away when I take out my key or position 0.
It make noise if I set the key position at I or anything other than 0.
Anyone got any clue?

You have super hearing...
I hear the same thing in my car, not loud, not annoying (a tiny bit), but its there. I would assume that the amp is still powered when the head unit is off... Otherwise the nav voice or Hands Free wouldnt work.

I think it's a bad ground connection. (the negative wire)
I left existing connector and tapped new wires into existing wires. But seems like the connection is loose. Sometimes the speaker stop working intermittently implying that the wire connection method I chose is not good. (I used some kind of T shaped plastic connector bought from pep boys and now thinking existing speaker wires are too thin to use with connectors)
I got a perfect connector for this job without sacrificing existing honda connector. I found out that pins in the exsiting connectors are the same size with most jumpers they use on the computer motherboard. I am going to try this thing out today.

Are you sure about this? Why doesn't it turn on Amp only when HFS is working or Navigator is turned on? (BTW, I have no Nav.)

I tapped my factory tweeter wires behind the plug and left the factory plugs in place.

OK, I just put in stock speakers. But they still make hissing noise. It's a lot quieter than the 1011t. If I just sit on driver side in driving position, I can't hear it. But If I move my ear close to these tweeters, I can hear it. Also, I now hear that center speaker also makes that hissing noise. (Did not know before)
I guess this is normal and really amp is on for HFL even if stereo is off.
Am I correct?
