Where is the factory XM module?

I am getting real frustrated with this whole XM thing. I have no sound on there, and really do not know if it is even hooked up. Where is the module located? I took the trunk liners off on both sides and did not see the module nor where used to be nor any wires without a home. I have a 2005 Base non-navi.

Thanks.

Ok, after some more searching and I found it tucked on the other side of the metal support in the back passenger trunk. I loosened the screws and checked the connections. Everything was connected correctly and nothing was spliced off the power wires other than the factory splicing.

That said, what else could be causing the apparent disconnect between the module and radio? Is there a fuse? Could the module be bad? I am trying to save dismantling the console, so any help would be appreciated.

Alternatively, I am considering buying a Dice Mediabridge, but want to make sure I have power going in the right places first. Of course, if I could get the XM working I would forego the Dice and instead put that money into better speakers.

Thanks.
