Where to buy replacement Inverter?
So one of the little inverter ballasts in my headlights went bad a while back. I tried to buy one from vibelights.com back in April but I never received anything. I emailed the guy 3 times w/ no response and when I call I get no answer. I don't recommend anyone buy from that site, EVER. My question now is, where else can I find a weather-resilient inverter ballast? I found some kits online but I was wondering if anyone else had luck with another site. The best I could find for the cheapest price was this:
http://www.parts-express.com/pe/show...number=130-250
I'm not sure how well this fare in with adverse weather conditions, though.

I bought a used one when one of mine went out a couple of months ago from my local acura dealer. One of the parts guys had a bunch behind the counter. If you are interested PM me and I can give you the dealer name and number.

No, I dont need the actual ballast for the headlights. I have an Angel eyes setup and the Umnitza ballast/inverter crapped out on me. Sorry, I should have been more clear. Anyone know of another site to get an all-weather inverter? Oh, and just to be clear from my original post - I don't really want the ccfl tubes but I can't find anyone that just sells the ballast separate.
