ok, i just spent a few hours familiarizing myself with the whole dumpnavi thing and have burnt the cd's and installed the BIN's into the TL.

everything is work, the startup image, ok button skip, but what exactly is the trip computer mod???

under info i can now look at diagnostics, why i want to i wouldn't know?, and can control the HVAC manually. Is there something more i am missing?

 

Trip Mod puts a new menu on info screen. Should say trip computer... The TL does not come with this, its from other cars like the accord.. If you dont see it something is wrong...

Also as far as the diag menu. Being you dont seem to know what some of this is I wouldnt change anything in there if I was you, could cause problems.. ehe

 

oh, i have the trip computer on my info menu, i didn't even realize that's what the mod was. i thought the TL already came with the feature, but i guess it is good to have....

 

The TL comes with something close to that on the MID on the dash, but that one shows instant status...
