Weird XM problem

Some of my XM channels have disappeared. Wait! It gets better. When I use the dial to change the channel up or down, after 4 or 5 channels (and it skips some at random) it will cycle back to the channel I started on, or one or two past it. Example:

I am on channel 9. I turn the dial up, on each click it will go 10, 11, 16, 25, 8, 9, etc.

What the hell is going on here? I have the radio code, so I can reset everything if I have to, but I'd rather not go through all that...

This did not fix the problem. For some reason, it isn't circling back to the first number anymore, but it is still skipping many, many channels. Any more ideas? It's so annoying paying for a service you can't fully use.

Also, a skipped channel can be accessed via voice command only. using any other method skips it.

Your display should read "CH" or "CATEGORY". If it says category it is only going to cycle through channels that have been determined to fit in whatever category you are in. Use the "SEEK" / "CATEGORY" buttons to cycle through the various categories (pop, rock, hip-hop r&b, etc.) or press the "DISP / MODE" button for 7 seconds to switch mode to CHANNEL.
